Derrick Blasczyk has been dedicated to ministry for over twenty-six years. He has a passion for missionary care and leadership development. His heart is to see the Great Commission fulfilled. Derrick’s ministry experience includes roles as a Kids Pastor, Student Pastor, Foreign Missionary, and Bible/Spanish Teacher. He has also led numerous foreign missions trips, with responsibilities including fundraising and training. Derrick holds a Bachelors in Applied Theology from Logos University.

Valarie's devotion to her family is extraordinary, driven by her deep faith and tireless spirit of service. As a wife and mother, she works with relentless passion each day, attending to the needs of her loved ones. Prayer is the foundation of Valarie's identity, providing her with strength and guidance to follow Jesus' example. This spiritual foundation enables Valarie to face each challenge and joy with grace. At her core, Valarie is motivated by an unshakeable belief that serving others is her calling.

Darcy and her husband Joe have crafted a life of intentional simplicity on their homestead, embracing traditional roles as they strive to live in accordance with their Christian faith. While Joe works a full-time job off the homestead, Darcy stays home, tirelessly keeping their domestic world turning. She homeschools and nurtures their children, passing down morals and values. Joe and Darcy are devoted stewards of the land and family they have been blessed with, living each day in pursuit of self-sufficiency, simplicity, and grace.
